When was the last time you were in any of our beautiful Loop theatres? Whether it was months, years or decades ago you’ll learn something new about the Loop Theatre District at this fascinating program.

Concentrated along Randolph Street in Chicago’s Loop and home to landmark venues including the Cadillac Palace Theatre, the Chicago Theatre and the James M. Nederlander Theatre, this bustling strip reflects the trends and preferences in live performance from several eras. Docent Robin Simon will outline the district’s history and share some interesting facts about the ways it has evolved and continues to change.
